Guest Editor Appointment

Guest editors are invited based on their academic and professional qualifications, prior editorial experience, and subject-matter expertise relevant to the special issue theme.

Guest editors are responsible for selecting high-quality manuscripts, coordinating the peer-review process, and ensuring the issue aligns with the journal's editorial standards.

The editorial board may recommend a diverse mix of guest editor affiliations to maintain balance and inclusivity in the selection process.

Guest Editor Responsibilities

Overseeing the submission process and ensuring all submissions fall within the journal's scope and guidelines.

Managing communication between authors, reviewers, and the editorial office throughout the special issue.

Providing final recommendations to the editorial board on manuscript acceptance or rejection.

Ensuring compliance with the journal's ethical standards, including plagiarism screening, and safeguarding the integrity of the peer-review process.

Thematic Proposal Submissions

Authors and guest editors contributing to a special issue are required to follow the journal's standard peer-review and editorial procedures.
