Plagiarism and Similarity Policy
SAMVADIKA requires original work. The journal may use similarity-detection software before review, during revision or before publication. A similarity percentage is a screening indicator, not a substitute for editorial judgement: legitimate quotations, references, methods language and properly cited material may affect a report.
● Plagiarism, fabricated citations and unattributed copying are unacceptable.
● Authors must quote and cite verbatim material accurately.
● Substantial reuse of the authors’ own previously published text must be disclosed and cited where appropriate.
● Editors may request explanation or revision, reject a manuscript, or initiate a post-publication investigation depending on the nature and extent of overlap.
● The website should avoid presenting an arbitrary similarity percentage as the sole ethical criterion.
