Editorial Policy
Publication in SAMVADIKA International Peer-Reviewed Interdisciplinary Bilingual (Hindi & English) Quarterly Research Journal for Humanities and Social Sciences is expected to add empirical or theoretical value in all areas humanities, languages, management and social sciences, with an informed, interdisciplinary approach. The journal is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical publishing and follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All parties involved in the publication process — authors, reviewers, editors and the publisher (QTanalytics India) — are expected to adhere to these principles.
Author Mandates
Authors must ensure that their submissions are original, have not been previously published, and are not under consideration elsewhere. They are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of their work and must avoid plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, and any violation of copyright or third-party rights. All authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and, where applicable, the source of research funding.
Review & Oversight
Editors ensure fair, unbiased and confidential handling of manuscripts and make independent decisions without influence from the publisher or commercial interests. Reviewers are expected to provide objective, confidential and constructive evaluations, disclose any conflicts of interest, and report any ethical concerns to the editorial office.
Manuscript Screening Workflow
All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo an initial editorial screening to assess suitability, originality and scope-fit, followed by a rigorous double-blind peer review process in which both authors and reviewers remain anonymous.
Ethics & Research Safeguards
Research involving human participants — for example survey respondents, interviewees, or case-study organisations — must be conducted with appropriate informed consent and confidentiality safeguards.
The journal takes allegations of misconduct seriously and will take appropriate action, including corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern, to protect the integrity of the scholarly record.
